Orbit360 will be unavailable to users from 15th March 2022 to 16th March 2022 to allow for critical server upgrade work to be completed

Until further notice, the Orbit360 Service Desk will be operating an email only service.  


***Service Desk arrangements over the Christmas period - the Orbit360 Service Desk will close at 3:00pm on the 23rd December 2021 and re-open on the 4th January 2022 at 9:00am. Emails will be checked intermittently throughout the period in case of anything urgent. For all Orbit360 - for patient forms received;

  • All forms received by 3:00pm the 23rd December 2021 will be scanned and uploaded to the doctor’s profile by close of play on the 23rd December 2021
  • Any forms received between this period and the 4th January 2022 will be scanned and uploaded to doctor’s profiles by close of play on the 6th January 2022
